Our Multi-Layer Fusion technology utilizes two core layers that are machine laminated, unlike traditional methods using glue. By eliminating the glue used to bond our layers together, our boards are ultra-light and ultra-stiff.
Our Multi-Layer Fusion technology is better for the environment since we have eliminated toxic chemicals needed for the construction process. This construction process is the future for the inflatable paddleboard industry.
Our manufacturing process provides our SUPs with a 25% lighter and 20-30% stiffer design than the old school double-layer method. Without the glue between our core layers, we provide a board that can fold more easily and will last longer.
